Nikujaga is a healthy traditional Japanese home cooking. We stew pork or beef meat, potatoes, onion and carrots in the mixture of soy sauce, sugar and so on. This recipe is so easy because you don't need katsuo dashi. You can make it delicious with only umami flavor of vegetables and meat.

To remove odors and make it easier to soak in the taste, boil the shirataki for 2 minutes. Drain the water with a strainer.
