This sandwiches has healthy pork cutlet seasoned Worcestershire sauce. I crush with panko (breadcrumbs) into small pieces, and coat the pork with it, so it's not oily. The recipe is my favorite pork cutlet dish.
Prepare all the ingredients as well with pork cutlet (If you want to get the recipe of it, please click it from ingredients).
Use a bigger plate that can be put pork cutlet, and mix Worcestershire sauce and semi-thick type Worcestershire sauce.
Mix mayonnaise and grain mustard.
After deep-fried pork, drain oil from it well on paper towels, then sink it in the sauce while the pork cutlet is hot. Make sure that the sauce is coated well on both sides.
Cut the lettuce in half lengthwise, and fold in half crosswise on sliced bread.
Put the pork cutlet on it.
Spread half of the mixture of mayonnaise and grain mustard.
Place another sliced bread, and push it lightly.
Cut the sandwich in half, and serve it on a plate.
