This tartar sauce is very healthy, and you can use it for a salad or main dish. There are some vegetables, red onion, cucumber and yellow pepper. If you put them for tartar sauce, the food presentation is good.

TIPS: Don't grip them strongly to retain the texture of them, but it's important to remove the excess water of them.
For the boiled eggs, separate egg yolks, and dice the egg white into 5mm cubes.
Cut the egg yolk into larger pieces. TIPS: It's not necessary to cut the egg yolk if you like the bigger egg yolk for tartar sauce.
In a bowl, mix the red onion, yellow pepper, cucumber, egg yolks and all of seasonings (mayonnaise, lemon juice, 2 pinches salt and black pepper).
At the end, add the egg yolk, and mix them roughly. If the taste is bland, please add the salt and black pepper.
