My spaghetti bolognese is flavorful and healthy. You can use my homemade meat sauce, and cook the spaghetti quickly. It's called 'Meat sauce spaghetti' in Japan, and it's popular as home cooking.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Start to warm the meat sauce on low heat. Add some water if the sauce has less water.

It's a good state of the sauce like this picture. Warm it up on low heat until the spaghetti is ready. RETAIN SOME WATER IN THE SAUCE because it's more delicious. If water is less, add the pasta water (If the sauce tastes salty, add the water instead of the pasta water).

Start to cook a spaghetti.

Before finishing to cook spaghetti, add pasta water to the sauce, and mix them.

Turn off the heat, and add the drained spaghetti. Olive oil prevents spaghetti not to dry out during eating, so mix it with spaghetti in advance if you like. Then mix well quickly.

Add the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, and mix them lightly.

Serve it on a plate, and add more grated cheese if you like. Add the coarsely ground pepper and chopped parsley.
