Healthy Pork Cutlet Sandwiches

This sandwiches has healthy pork cutlet seasoned Worcestershire sauce. I crush with panko (breadcrumbs) into small pieces, and coat the pork with it, so it's not oily. The recipe is my favorite pork cutlet dish.

 2 pork cutlet
 4 Pain de campagneYou can any bread instead of it, and use slices that cut into 1cm pieces.
The sauce
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 2 tbsp semi-thick type Worcestershire sauceYou can omit this sauce. I add this sauce because I want to make the sauce thicker and sweeter.
 1 ½ tbsp mayonaise
 1 tsp grain mustard

Use a bigger plate that can be put pork cutlet, and mix Worcestershire sauce and semi-thick type Worcestershire sauce.

Mix mayonnaise and grain mustard.

After deep-fried pork, drain oil from it well on paper towels, then sink it in the sauce while the pork cutlet is hot. Make sure that the sauce is coated well on both sides.

Cut the lettuce in half lengthwise, and fold in half crosswise on sliced bread.

Put the pork cutlet on it.

Spread half of the mixture of mayonnaise and grain mustard.

Place another sliced bread, and push it lightly.

Cut the sandwich in half, and serve it on a plate.
