This garlic sauce can be used for any meat dished. I use it for roast beef.

 2 ½ tbsp mirin (sweet sake)
 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp sake
 1 tbsp gravyWhen I make the sauce for roast beef, I add the gravy to this sauce. But It's optional. You can use water instead of it, and adjust the taste.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grate a garlic.

Put all the ingredients in a frying pan.

Heat it up, and bring it to a boil. The continue to heat it for 2 minutes.
