Garlic Butter Rice

This garlic rice can be used for dishes such as Japanese omelette rice, rice gratin. Adding soy sauce to rice is Japanese-style! You can stock it in a freezer, and use it when you need.

 250 g cooked rice
 7 g garlic
 50 g onion
 1 pinch sea salt
 1 pinch coarsely ground black pepper
 ½ tsp soy sauce
 ½ tbsp olive oil
 7 g butter

Prepare all the ingredients.

Chop garlic and onion.

Put olive oil and butter, and sauté the garlic on low heat.

When the aroma of it comes out, add the onion. Then cook it on medium heat until soft.

Add the cooked rice, and stir fry on medium heat.

Season it with sea salt, and black pepper.
